We process orders before they enter transit. Please review the estimated timing below when planning your purchase.

Estimated delivery timing

• Order processing: 3–5 days.
• Shipping transit: 7–15 days after processing.
• Total estimated time: approximately 10–20 days from the order date.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Peak seasons, customs reviews, severe weather, remote destinations, and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

Shipping method and tracking

We select a suitable carrier and service based on the destination, order contents, and product type. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking can take several days to begin updating.

Shipping cost

Any shipping charge is shown during checkout before payment. Please review the final order total before placing your order.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@frenchiefamily.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has started.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
